Websites · Workflows · Software · Across Austria
I build websites, speed up the workflows in your business and write tools that exist only for you: by hand, at a fixed price, and I stay reachable afterwards. Whether you are in Vienna or in a village I have to look up on the map.
You talk to me. Not to a team.
What I build
Web designers rarely write software, and developers rarely design. I do both, so I first ask what the thing needs to do, and only then what it should look like.
A site that takes enquiries while you work. Built by hand, no site builder, no template. Fast and clean on data protection.
Retyping spreadsheets, entering receipts one by one, arranging appointments by text message. I find out where your time goes and make sure data is entered only once.
Software that exists only for you. A learning platform like Kurswerk, an import that moves delivery data from PDFs into your inventory system, an app for your field team, your own booking system.

Process optimisation
Most businesses lose hours every week on work no person should have to do. When clients tell me about it, it sounds like this:
I look at how work really gets done in your business and ask what drives you mad.
Which data needs to go where, and which connections that takes. After that, the price is fixed.
The rules your business runs on go into the system. Adjustable right to the end.
Together with you and with real data, until every error is gone.
That is how many invoices had errors at one client's business while data was copied by hand from spreadsheets into the invoicing system. Today: none. The time saved comes on top.
Take what you need
Four guides, one email. Sign up, confirm, and everything lands in your inbox. Unsubscribe any time with one click. The guides are in German.
Twelve questions to check your own site in ten minutes. Four pages to print out.
Sort out images, fonts and video in one afternoon. Step by step.
Ready-made text blocks for your home page, services and contact page. Copy and adapt.
Starting prices for website, shop, platform and custom tool. Plus running costs and eight questions for checking a quote.
The offer
Four weeks from the old site to the new one. Fixed start, fixed price, no extras later. On day one you know what will be finished on the last.
What should happen when someone lands on the site? After that, the price is set, and it is binding.
You see how it looks before the first line of code is written. Changes are part of the price.
Every Friday you see the current state at its own address. No waiting until the end.
Moving the site, certificate, redirects: I handle it. After that, I reply within 24 hours.
My work
A psychotherapy practice needs the opposite of a techno night. That is the whole point: listen before you build.
Psychotherapy in Vienna. A calm presence for a subject where trust is everything. Emergency numbers visible on every page.
Event website in a cyberpunk look: countdown, line-up across three floors, newsletter. The ticket shop only loads after consent.
Commercial and corporate film from Mauerbach. Rebuilt as static HTML; the showreel only loads after consent.
Not a website but a learning platform: a separate area per client, course management, custom design.
Somatic bodywork, bilingual German and English. Calm movement, not one effect too many.
Economist in Vienna: theory, publications, downloads. Diagrams as SVG, sharp at any size.

Simon Dietz
Psychotherapy, Vienna
Working with Gregor was a real pleasure. He is incredibly helpful, knows his field inside out and was able to support me competently in many areas.
I found his broad knowledge of data protection and legal requirements especially helpful, particularly in the field of psychotherapy. He was very well informed and could explain exactly what I need to consider legally on my website and which content I may phrase in which way. That gave me a great sense of security and helped me make the right decisions in designing and presenting my website.

Working with Gregor was great in the creative process, too. He implemented design ideas quickly and very well, and sometimes even gave me several options to choose from. I found that especially supportive, because it let me try different possibilities and decide according to my own ideas.
All in all, Gregor gave my website a clear structure and a professional build that I could not have managed on my own. I am very grateful to him for that. I am now really very happy with the result and delighted with my website.
Thank you so much for the great collaboration, Gregor!

Who builds this
I'm not a start-up and not an agency. You get me: the same contact from our first conversation until years after launch.
I started out in event technology and ended up in programming. That probably explains why I would rather ask what needs to work than what would look nice. Since then I have built practice websites, a learning platform, a booking system that other businesses use today, and a few tools that exist for exactly one client.
I'm based in Bad Vöslau but work across Austria. I never met my last client in person, and the site still turned out exactly the way he wanted.
Before you ask
Websites start at €1,490. Where exactly you end up depends on the scope: number of pages, features and, above all, whether the texts and images already exist. After our first call you get a number. As a fixed price, not an estimate that moves later.
Usually three to five weeks. The honest answer: it doesn't depend on me. I keep to my part. What drags projects out are the texts and photos still sitting with you, which is why I ask about them in our first call.
No. You explain your business to me, I do the rest. Writing it up is my part of the job. Just tell me what you do.
Yes. If you like, I set up a system that lets you edit texts and images yourself, no coding needed. And I show you how it works.
Site builders are quick and cheap, and if you are just starting out, they are often the right choice. It gets interesting once your site is your most important salesperson: that is when the limits start to hurt. Slow, the same everywhere, and anything that makes you special doesn't fit the grid.
I set up the basics: privacy policy, imprint, cookie notice and the correct integration of external services. For the full legal side, go to someone who does that for a living.
Two hours, on site or online. You show me how work gets done in your business and what drives you mad. Afterwards you get a short report: where most time is lost, what can be solved with the software you already have, and what a custom solution would cost, as a fixed price. The check costs €290 and is fully credited if you commission the work within 60 days.
Not necessarily. Often it is enough to connect the programs you already have, so data is entered only once. I only build custom software where off-the-shelf tools don't fit.
You do. Domain, files and logins, all of it. You should be able to switch at any time without asking my permission. To me that is a given and, sadly, not the industry norm.
I stay reachable and get back to you within 24 hours. Launch is the beginning, not the end, which is why your contact stays the same.
Yes. We can talk and write in English, and I build sites in English or in several languages, like Nina Neumann's above. The booking calendar below is in German; just pick a time, the call can be in English.
Next step
Not a sales pitch. I look at your site beforehand, or listen to where your time goes, and tell you honestly whether the effort is worth it. If I'm the wrong person for the job, I'll tell you that too.
